Ancestral Wellness Retreat
This retreat will be a combination of Ancestral Nutrition seminars given by J. Gulinello, Kathleen Goller and other specialists, grounding in nature and exploring how to connect back to the earth and our bodies through various excursions, aligned movement, and an incredible ancestral based meals.

For those flying in to Logan Airport in Boston, MA, there is a Peter Pan Bus that will take you to the MV Ferry in Woods Hole, MA. You can purchase a ticket here. MV Ferry tickets can be purchased the day of travel or in advance here. The Ferry to MV is one of my favorite parts of the experience! Your boat ride to paradise awaits!

THe accomodations in MV are top notch! The Vineyard Arts Project has a beautiful large house, immaculate rooms, each with their own bathroom. There is also a huge yard, attached barn, and it's located just a short walk from downtown Edgartown and the beach.
